Meet the Team
Our team is committed year-round to making sure we bring the highest quality products, service and design to our clients. While an outdoor lighting consult and install can last only a couple of weeks, our preparation and education is a 12-month a year effort. Meet the full-time staff members of NTX Lighting Design that help to make your home, business or community breathtaking as it comes into view.
Russell
Co-Owner/Director of Business Operations and Installation
Russell’s degree is in finance, but finds working outside of an office more rewarding. Exceeding customer expectations and ensuring NTX Lighting and Design operates with integrity and transparency are his focus.
Elizabeth
Co-Owner, Director of Design
Elizabeth brings a degree in design and is a huge part of making each job look its very best. She also heads the marketing and social media efforts. She has managed design projects for a who’s who of DFW citizens!
Leland
Lead Installer
Leland is a machinist by trade, so no detail is over looked when it comes to his work. He resides in Mineral Wells with his wife and two children. Leland oversees our installations on site.
Duncan
Lead Installer
Duncan is a retired calvary scout in the United States Army. His work ethic is second-to-none and is a true American hero with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He currently resides in Weatherford.
