We truly use the very best product on the market when it comes to our Christmas lighting and decor. Our warranty is simple: as long as our business is continuous, our warranty is intact. This is because our guys are trained to handle and install your lights in a specific way: the proper way. Once someone other than one of our trained professionals installs your lights, we do not know what they may or may not have done. This is why our warranty must end there. However, if our business is continuous, your lighting system carries a lifetime warranty.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by individuals or foliage.
Our warranty also does not cover lights and lighting systems purchased elsewhere.
If you have a warranty claim, please email us with a photo of the issue and we will get it corrected within 24 business hours.
